﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ سَعَوۡ فِيٓ ءَايَٰتِنَا مُعَٰجِزِينَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ مِّن رِّجۡزٍ أَلِيمٞ ﴾
[سَبإ: 5]
﴿والذين سعوا في آياتنا معاجزين أولئك لهم عذاب من رجز أليم﴾ [سَبإ: 5]
| Abdel Haleem But as for those who work against Our Revelations, seeking to undermine them, there will be a torment of painful suffering |
| Abdul Hye But those who strive against Our Revelations to frustrate them, there will be a severe painful punishment for them |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them,- for such will be a Penalty,- a Punishment most humiliating |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And those who endeavoured to frustrate Our signs - those! theirs shall be a torment of afflictive calamity |
| Ahmed Ali As for those who try to subvert Our signs, there is a punishment of painful torment |
| Aisha Bewley But those who strive against Our Signs, trying to nullify them, will have a punishment of agonising pain |
