﴿۞ أَلَمۡ أَعۡهَدۡ إِلَيۡكُمۡ يَٰبَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ أَن لَّا تَعۡبُدُواْ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ ﴾
[يسٓ: 60]
﴿ألم أعهد إليكم يابني آدم أن لا تعبدوا الشيطان إنه لكم عدو﴾ [يسٓ: 60]
| Abdel Haleem Children of Adam, did I not command you not to serve Satan, for he was your sworn enemy |
| Abdul Hye O Children of Adam! Did I not command you that you should not worship Satan? Surely, he is a plain enemy to you |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Enjoined I not on you, ye children of Adam, that ye shall not worship the Satan - verily he is Unto you manifest foe |
| Ahmed Ali Did I not commit you, O children of Adam, not to worship Satan who is your acknowledged foe |
