﴿وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَا تَسۡمَعُواْ لِهَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ وَٱلۡغَوۡاْ فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَغۡلِبُونَ ﴾
[فُصِّلَت: 26]
﴿وقال الذين كفروا لا تسمعوا لهذا القرآن والغوا فيه لعلكم تغلبون﴾ [فُصِّلَت: 26]
| Abdel Haleem The disbelievers say, ‘Do not listen to this Quran; drown it in frivolous talk: you may gain the upper hand.’ |
| Abdul Hye Those who disbelieve say: “Don’t listen to this Qur’an and make noise in it (during recitation) so that you may gain the upper hand.” |
