﴿فَطَوَّعَتۡ لَهُۥ نَفۡسُهُۥ قَتۡلَ أَخِيهِ فَقَتَلَهُۥ فَأَصۡبَحَ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 30]
﴿فطوعت له نفسه قتل أخيه فقتله فأصبح من الخاسرين﴾ [المَائدة: 30]
| Abdel Haleem But his soul prompted him to kill his brother: he killed him and became one of the losers |
| Abdul Hye Then his evil soul prompted him killing of his brother; and he killed him and became one of the losers |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali The (selfish) soul of the other led him to the murder of his brother: he murdered him, and became (himself) one of the lost ones |
