﴿وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن تَقُولَ ٱلۡإِنسُ وَٱلۡجِنُّ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا ﴾
[الجِن: 5]
﴿وأنا ظننا أن لن تقول الإنس والجن على الله كذبا﴾ [الجِن: 5]
| Abdel Haleem although we had thought that no man or jinn would [dare to] tell a lie about Him |
| Abdul Hye surely, we thought that no human or jinns could utter a lie against Allah |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But we do think that no man or spirit should say aught that untrue against Allah |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi And verily we! we had imagined that humankind and Jinn would never forge against Allah a lie |
