﴿فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُم مِّن فَضۡلِهِۦ بَخِلُواْ بِهِۦ وَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 76]
﴿فلما آتاهم من فضله بخلوا به وتولوا وهم معرضون﴾ [التوبَة: 76]
| Abdel Haleem yet when He did give them some of His bounty, they became mean and turned obstinately away |
| Abdul Hye Then when He gave them His Bounty, they became stingy with it, turned away, and they were reluctant |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali But when He did bestow of His bounty, they became covetous, and turned back (from their covenant), averse (from its fulfilment) |
| Abdul Majid Daryabadi Then when He gave them out of His grace, they became niggardly therewith and turned away as backsliders |
| Ahmed Ali But when He gave them of His bounty they became greedy, and then turned away |
