﴿يُوسُفُ أَيُّهَا ٱلصِّدِّيقُ أَفۡتِنَا فِي سَبۡعِ بَقَرَٰتٖ سِمَانٖ يَأۡكُلُهُنَّ سَبۡعٌ عِجَافٞ وَسَبۡعِ سُنۢبُلَٰتٍ خُضۡرٖ وَأُخَرَ يَابِسَٰتٖ لَّعَلِّيٓ أَرۡجِعُ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 46]
﴿يوسف أيها الصديق أفتنا في سبع بقرات سمان يأكلهن سبع عجاف وسبع﴾ [يُوسُف: 46]
Dr Kamal Omar (The released prisoner approached the prison and there he said): ''Yusuf! O you, the highly truthful! Interpret for us in (the matter of a dream experienced by the head of state)- seven hefty cows whom the seven lean ones devour, and seven green ears (of corn) and (seven) others dry, that I may return to (our ruling) people, so that they may know (the hidden indication in the dream).” |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Joseph, O thou just person! Render an opinion to us about seven fattened cows eaten by seven lean ones and seven ears of green wheat and others dry so that perhaps I will return to the personages so that perhaps they will know about thee |
