﴿وَأَوۡفُواْ بِعَهۡدِ ٱللَّهِ إِذَا عَٰهَدتُّمۡ وَلَا تَنقُضُواْ ٱلۡأَيۡمَٰنَ بَعۡدَ تَوۡكِيدِهَا وَقَدۡ جَعَلۡتُمُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ كَفِيلًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا تَفۡعَلُونَ ﴾
[النَّحل: 91]
﴿وأوفوا بعهد الله إذا عاهدتم ولا تنقضوا الأيمان بعد توكيدها وقد جعلتم﴾ [النَّحل: 91]
| Dr Kamal Omar And fulfil the covenant of Allah when you have made the covenant and break not the oaths after their testification, and indeed you have made Allah over yourselves as a surety. Surely, Allah Knows what you do |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And live up to the compact of God when you have made a contract. And break not the oaths after ratification. And, surely, you made God surety over you. Truly, God knows what you accomplish |
