﴿وَمَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ كَمَثَلِ ٱلَّذِي يَنۡعِقُ بِمَا لَا يَسۡمَعُ إِلَّا دُعَآءٗ وَنِدَآءٗۚ صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡيٞ فَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 171]
﴿ومثل الذين كفروا كمثل الذي ينعق بما لا يسمع إلا دعاء ونداء﴾ [البَقَرَة: 171]
Dr Kamal Omar The example of those who disbelieved is like the example of that who calls the one who does not listen (to the contents of the Message) but as a call and a sound: deaf, dumb and blind, so they will not understand |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And the parable of those who were ungrateful is like the parable of those who shout to what hears not, but a crying out and pleading yet those to which they call out to are deaf, dumb and blind, so they are not reasonable |
