Quran with Tafsir_English translation - Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 58 - البَقَرَة - Page - Juz 1
﴿وَإِذۡ قُلۡنَا ٱدۡخُلُواْ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡقَرۡيَةَ فَكُلُواْ مِنۡهَا حَيۡثُ شِئۡتُمۡ رَغَدٗا وَٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡبَابَ سُجَّدٗا وَقُولُواْ حِطَّةٞ نَّغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ خَطَٰيَٰكُمۡۚ وَسَنَزِيدُ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 58]
﴿وإذ قلنا ادخلوا هذه القرية فكلوا منها حيث شئتم رغدا وادخلوا الباب﴾ [البَقَرَة: 58]
| Dr Kamal Omar And when We said: “Enter this Al-Qaryah (The City), and eat therefrom, as you wish, without restriction, and enter the gate with humility and utter Hittatun (obedience/submission), We shall forgive you your faults and soon We shall increase those who happily do good |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And mention when We said: Enter this town, then, eat freely from it whatever you willed, and enter the door as one who prostrates oneself and say: Unburden us of sin! We will forgive you your transgressions. And We will increase the ones who are doers of good |
