﴿فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَوَيۡتَ أَنتَ وَمَن مَّعَكَ عَلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ فَقُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي نَجَّىٰنَا مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[المؤمنُون: 28]
﴿فإذا استويت أنت ومن معك على الفلك فقل الحمد لله الذي نجانا﴾ [المؤمنُون: 28]
| Dr Kamal Omar And when you have settled — you and that who is along with you on the Ark, then say: 'Specific Praise suits Allah (Alone) Who has saved us from the nation of transgressors |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar When thou and whoever is with thee art seated in the boat, then, say: All Praise belongs to God Who delivered us from the folk, the ones who are unjust |
| Dr Munir Munshey When you and those with you have embarked, say, "All praise is for Allah Who saved us from the evil nation |
| Edward Henry Palmer But when thou art settled, thou and those with thee in the ark, say, "Praise belongs to God, who saved us from the unjust people |
| Farook Malik Then when you have embarked on the ark with your companions, say: "Praise be to Allah Who has delivered us from the nation of wrongdoers |
| George Sale And when thou and they who shall be with thee, shall go up into the ark, say, praise be unto God, who hath delivered us from the ungodly people |
| Maududi And then when you and those accompanying you are firmly seated in the Ark, say: "Thanks be to Allah Who has delivered us from the wrong-doing people |
