﴿وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ خِلۡفَةٗ لِّمَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوۡ أَرَادَ شُكُورٗا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 62]
﴿وهو الذي جعل الليل والنهار خلفة لمن أراد أن يذكر أو أراد﴾ [الفُرقَان: 62]
Dr Kamal Omar And He it is Who has set the night and the day constantly succeeding each other — for that who intended that he may be reminded and remind (others) or intended for (showing) gratitude |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And He it is Who made the nighttime and the daytime to follow in succession for who wanted to recollect, or who wanted thankfulness |
Dr Munir Munshey It is He Who makes the night and the day follow each other! A lesson for the one who wants to reflect, and wants to be grateful |
Edward Henry Palmer And He it is who made the night and the day alternating for him who desires to remember or who wishes to be thankful |
Farook Malik He is the One Who has caused the night and the day to succeed each other, for him who desires to learn a lesson or desires to render thanks |
