﴿فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱمۡرَأَتَهُۥ قَدَّرۡنَٰهَا مِنَ ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ ﴾
[النَّمل: 57]
﴿فأنجيناه وأهله إلا امرأته قدرناها من الغابرين﴾ [النَّمل: 57]
| Dr Kamal Omar So We saved him and his household except his wife. We destined her to be of those who buried themselves under dust and debris |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar So We rescued him and his people, but his woman. We ordained her to be among the ones who stay behind |
| Dr Munir Munshey But We rescued him and his family, except his wife. We decided she would be left behind |

| Farook Malik So, We delivered him and his family except his wife - about whom We had decreed that she shall be of those who will remain behind |
