﴿وَقِيلَ ٱدۡعُواْ شُرَكَآءَكُمۡ فَدَعَوۡهُمۡ فَلَمۡ يَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لَهُمۡ وَرَأَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَۚ لَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ يَهۡتَدُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 64]
﴿وقيل ادعوا شركاءكم فدعوهم فلم يستجيبوا لهم ورأوا العذاب لو أنهم كانوا﴾ [القَصَص: 64]
| Dr Kamal Omar And it was said (to them): “Call upon your (so-called) partners (of Allah). So they called them but they did not respond to them and they have (already) seen the torment. (They then wished) if only they had been guided |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar And it would be said: Call to your ascribed associates. Then, they will call to them, but they will not respond to them and they will see the punishment. If only they had been truly guided |
