﴿لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِي رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٞ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 21]
﴿لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة لمن كان يرجو الله﴾ [الأحزَاب: 21]
| Dr Kamal Omar Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah became an excellent pattern of life for you — for (every) one who used to have hope in Allah and the Last Day and propagated Allah exceedingly |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Surely, in the Messenger of God there is for you a fairer, good example for those whose hope had been in God and the Last Day and remembered God frequently |
