﴿أَءُنزِلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلذِّكۡرُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِنَاۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي شَكّٖ مِّن ذِكۡرِيۚ بَل لَّمَّا يَذُوقُواْ عَذَابِ ﴾
[صٓ: 8]
﴿أؤنـزل عليه الذكر من بيننا بل هم في شك من ذكري بل﴾ [صٓ: 8]
Dr Kamal Omar Has Az-Zikr (The Message) been sent down to him (alone) from amongst us?” Nay, they are in doubt (and suspicion) against My Zikr. Behold! They have not yet tasted My Punishment |
Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Was the Remembrance only caused to descend to him from among us? Nay! They are in uncertainty about My Remembrance. Nay! They experience not My punishment |
Dr Munir Munshey Why was the (divine) advice revealed to him (and not us)? Among us, (why was he chosen)?" No! Rather, it is My advice that they doubt (and challenge). In fact, they have not tasted My punishment yet |
