﴿إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَيَأۡتِ بِـَٔاخَرِينَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ قَدِيرٗا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 133]
﴿إن يشأ يذهبكم أيها الناس ويأت بآخرين وكان الله على ذلك قديرا﴾ [النِّسَاء: 133]
| Dr Kamal Omar If He desired, He will remove you, O people, and He shall come with others (who shall replace you). And Allah is All-Capable over this |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar If He wills, He will cause you to be put away—O humanity—and approach with others. And over that God had been Powerful |
| Dr Munir Munshey Oh you people, if He wills He can make you extinct and bring others in your place! Allah has the power to do (that and) everything (else) |
| Edward Henry Palmer If He will He can make ye pass away, O men! and can bring others ;- God is able to do all that |
| Farook Malik If He wanted He could destroy you all, O mankind, and bring others. Allah has the power to do so |
| George Sale If He pleaseth He will take you away, O men, and will produce others in your stead; for God is able to do this |
| Maududi If He wills, He has the full power to remove you, O mankind, and bring in others in your place |
