﴿رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِي ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ ﴾
[غَافِر: 15]
﴿رفيع الدرجات ذو العرش يلقي الروح من أمره على من يشاء من﴾ [غَافِر: 15]
Dr Kamal Omar (Allah is) Highly Exalted in Ranks, Owner of the Throne. He makes Ar-Ruh (‘The Spirit,’ ‘The Revelation’) to descend by His Command over one whom He thinks proper out of His Ibad — so that he may warn against the Day of the Gathering — |
