And with those who declare themselves Christians, We entered into a covenant: - Surah Al-Ma’idah ayat 14 in Tafsir

﴿وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا نَصَٰرَىٰٓ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَهُمۡ فَنَسُواْ حَظّٗا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِۦ فَأَغۡرَيۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمُ ٱلۡعَدَاوَةَ وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءَ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ وَسَوۡفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصۡنَعُونَ ﴾
[المَائدة: 14]

And with those who declare themselves Christians, We entered into a covenant: Never deviate from the path of righteousness and adhere faithfully to the authentic Scriptures. But they willfully neglected a part of what was imparted to them. In consequence, We stirred up enmity and hatred among them till the Day of Resurrection. Allah shall inform them of their habitual course of action relevant to their evil deeds, and punish them accordingly

And from those who said: “We are Nasaaraah (Nazarenes or Christians)” — We took their covenant, then they abandoned a considerable part out of that with which they were given the Message. So We planted amongst them enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection. And soon will Allah inform them about that which they used to invent (in the name of religion and then associated it to Allah)
