﴿فَلَنَسۡـَٔلَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أُرۡسِلَ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَنَسۡـَٔلَنَّ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 6]
﴿فلنسألن الذين أرسل إليهم ولنسألن المرسلين﴾ [الأعرَاف: 6]
| Dr Kamal Omar Then surely, We shall question those, (the Messengers) have been sent towards them and verily We shall question those who were sent (as Messengers) |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Then, We will, certainly, ask those to whom were sent Messengers to them and We will, certainly, ask the ones who are sent |
| Dr Munir Munshey (On the Day of Judgment) We will definitely call to account (all) those to whom We sent the messengers, and We will surely ask the messengers as well |
| Edward Henry Palmer But we will of a surety question those to whom the prophets were sent |
| Farook Malik On the Day of Judgment We shall question those to whom Messengers were sent and We shall also question the Messengers about Our message and its response |

| Maududi So We shall call to account those to whom Messengers were sent, and We shall call to account the Messengers (to see how dutifully they conveyed the Message, and how people responded to it) |
