﴿فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ ﴾

| Dr Kamal Omar Then We assessed and determined (the various stages and processes of intra-uterine life and the signals for delivery); then (We proved to be) the excellent Assessors and those Who determine |
