﴿إِذۡ تَسۡتَغِيثُونَ رَبَّكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَجَابَ لَكُمۡ أَنِّي مُمِدُّكُم بِأَلۡفٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ مُرۡدِفِينَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 9]
﴿إذ تستغيثون ربكم فاستجاب لكم أني ممدكم بألف من الملائكة مردفين﴾ [الأنفَال: 9]
| Dr Kamal Omar (Bring to mind) when you seek help of your Nourisher-Sustainer, so He gave a positive response to you (saying): “Indeed, I am Helper to you with a thousand of the angels who come in succession.” |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar Mention when you cry for help from your Lord and He responded to you: Truly, I am One Who Reinforces you with a thousand angels, ones who come one after another |
| Dr Munir Munshey (Remember) when you implored your Lord for help. He responded to your call and said, "I will surely send a thousand angels (following each other) in succession |

| Maududi And recall when you implored your Lord for help and He responded to you: ´I will indeed reinforce you with a thousand angels, coming host after host.´ |
