﴿رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ﴾
[التوبَة: 87]
﴿رضوا بأن يكونوا مع الخوالف وطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يفقهون﴾ [التوبَة: 87]
| Dr Kamal Omar They felt satisfied that they may remain alongwith those who stay behind. And a seal has been over their hearts so they do not understand |
| Dr Laleh Bakhtiar They were well-pleased to be with those who stay behind. And a seal was set on their hearts so they understand not |
| Dr Munir Munshey They opt to remain content among (the women and) those who sit behind (at home). A seal is placed upon their heart, (so) they do not understand |
