﴿وَقَدۡ مَكَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡمَكۡرُ جَمِيعٗاۖ يَعۡلَمُ مَا تَكۡسِبُ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖۗ وَسَيَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡكُفَّٰرُ لِمَنۡ عُقۡبَى ٱلدَّارِ ﴾
[الرَّعد: 42]
﴿وقد مكر الذين من قبلهم فلله المكر جميعا يعلم ما تكسب كل﴾ [الرَّعد: 42]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And those before them did indeed make plans, but all planning is Allah's; He knows what every soul earns, and the unbelievers shall come to know for whom is the (better) issue of the abode |
| Mohammad Shafi And those before them did make plans, but all planning is Allah's. He knows what every one earns, and those who suppress the Truth shall come to know for whom the Ultimate Abode is |
