﴿قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَآ إِلَٰهُكُمۡ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞۖ فَمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ لِقَآءَ رَبِّهِۦ فَلۡيَعۡمَلۡ عَمَلٗا صَٰلِحٗا وَلَا يُشۡرِكۡ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ أَحَدَۢا ﴾
[الكَهف: 110]
﴿قل إنما أنا بشر مثلكم يوحى إلي أنما إلهكم إله واحد فمن﴾ [الكَهف: 110]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Say: I am only a mortal like you; it is revealed to me that your god is one Allah, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord |
| Mohammad Shafi Say, "I am only a man like you. It is revealed to me that the Entity you should worship is One and Only. So, whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and worship none besides his Lord." h |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Say: I am only a mortal like you. My Lord inspireth in me that your Allah is only One Allah. And whoever hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work, and make none sharer of the worship due unto his Lord |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Say, “Surely, I am but a human being like you; it is revealed to me that your God is the One God. So the one who hopes to meet his Lord must do righteous deed and must not associate anyone in the worship of his Lord.” |
