﴿إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ زِينَةٗ لَّهَا لِنَبۡلُوَهُمۡ أَيُّهُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗا ﴾
[الكَهف: 7]
﴿إنا جعلنا ما على الأرض زينة لها لنبلوهم أيهم أحسن عملا﴾ [الكَهف: 7]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Surely We have made whatever is on the earth an embellishment for it, so that We may try them (as to) which of them is best in works |
| Mohammad Shafi We have indeed made whatever is on the earth as an adornment for it, and We put them on trial to see which of them do good deeds |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Lo! We have placed all that is on the earth as an ornament thereof that We may try them: which of them is best in conduct |
