Quran with British translation - Surah Ta-Ha ayat 81 - طه - Page - Juz 16
﴿كُلُواْ مِن طَيِّبَٰتِ مَا رَزَقۡنَٰكُمۡ وَلَا تَطۡغَوۡاْ فِيهِ فَيَحِلَّ عَلَيۡكُمۡ غَضَبِيۖ وَمَن يَحۡلِلۡ عَلَيۡهِ غَضَبِي فَقَدۡ هَوَىٰ ﴾
[طه: 81]
﴿كلوا من طيبات ما رزقناكم ولا تطغوا فيه فيحل عليكم غضبي ومن﴾ [طه: 81]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Eat of the good things We have given you for sustenance, and be not inordinate with respect to them, lest My wrath should be due to you, and to whomsoever My wrath is due be shall perish indeed |
Mohammad Shafi Make use of the good things We have provided you with, and be not inordinate therein lest My wrath should become due upon you. And he, upon whom My wrath becomes due, certainly perishes |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall (Saying): Eat of the good things wherewith We have provided you, and transgress not in respect thereof lest My wrath come upon you: and he on whom My wrath cometh, he is lost indeed |
