Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Furqan ayat 68 - الفُرقَان - Page - Juz 19
﴿وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَدۡعُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلُونَ ٱلنَّفۡسَ ٱلَّتِي حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا يَزۡنُونَۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ يَلۡقَ أَثَامٗا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 68]
﴿والذين لا يدعون مع الله إلها آخر ولا يقتلون النفس التي حرم﴾ [الفُرقَان: 68]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin |
| Mohammad Shafi And who invoke no deity besides Allah, nor kill anyone whose killing, without due authority, Allah has prohibited, nor indulge in extramarital sexual intercourse. And whoever does this, he/she commits a sin |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And those who cry not unto any other god along with Allah, nor take the life which Allah hath forbidden save in (course of) justice, nor commit adultery - and whoso doeth this shall pay the penalty |
