﴿وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ أَئِمَّةٗ يَدۡعُونَ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِۖ وَيَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ لَا يُنصَرُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 41]
﴿وجعلناهم أئمة يدعون إلى النار ويوم القيامة لا ينصرون﴾ [القَصَص: 41]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And We made them Imams who call to the fire, and on the day of resurrection they shall not be assisted |
| Mohammad Shafi And We placed them as leaders inviting people to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And We made them patterns that invite unto the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani We made them leaders who called (people) towards hell; and on the Day of Judgment, they will not be helped |
| Muhammad Asad [We destroyed them,] and We set them up as archetypes [of evil] that show the way to the fire [of hell]; and [whereas] no succour will come to them on Resurrection Day |
