﴿وَمَا كُنتَ تَرۡجُوٓاْ أَن يُلۡقَىٰٓ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ إِلَّا رَحۡمَةٗ مِّن رَّبِّكَۖ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرٗا لِّلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 86]
﴿وما كنت ترجو أن يلقى إليك الكتاب إلا رحمة من ربك فلا﴾ [القَصَص: 86]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And you did not expect that the Book would be inspired to you, but it is a mercy from your Lord, therefore be not a backer-up of the unbelievers |
| Mohammad Shafi And you did not expect the Book to be thrown at you, but as a mercy from your Lord. So lend no support to the suppressors of the Truth |
