Quran with British translation - Surah As-Sajdah ayat 10 - السَّجدة - Page - Juz 21
﴿وَقَالُوٓاْ أَءِذَا ضَلَلۡنَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِي خَلۡقٖ جَدِيدِۭۚ بَلۡ هُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ ﴾
[السَّجدة: 10]
﴿وقالوا أئذا ضللنا في الأرض أئنا لفي خلق جديد بل هم بلقاء﴾ [السَّجدة: 10]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And they say: What! when we have become lost in the earth, shall we then certainly be in a new creation? Nay! they are disbelievers in the meeting of their Lord |
| Mohammad Shafi And they say, "When we are lost in the earth, shall we then be there in a new creation?" Nay! They believe not in meeting their Lord |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And they say: When we are lost in the earth, how can we then be re-created? Nay but they are disbelievers in the meeting with their Lord |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani And they said, “Is it that when we disappear in the earth-is it that we really come into a new creation?” Rather they are ones who deny the meeting with their Lord |
| Muhammad Asad For, [many are] they [who] say, “What! After we have been [dead and] lost in the earth, shall we indeed be [restored to life] in a new act of creation?” Nay, but [by saying this] they deny the truth that they are destined to meet their Sustainer |
