﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ شَٰهِدٗا وَمُبَشِّرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 45]
﴿ياأيها النبي إنا أرسلناك شاهدا ومبشرا ونذيرا﴾ [الأحزَاب: 45]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir O Prophet! surely We have sent you as a witness, and as a bearer of good news and as a warner |
| Mohammad Shafi O Prophet! We have indeed sent you as a witness, and to convey good news (to the people) and to warn (them) |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall O Prophet! Lo! We have sent thee as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani O prophet, We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and a warner |
| Muhammad Asad [And as for thee,] O Prophet - behold, We have sent thee as a witness [to the truth], and as a herald of glad tidings and a warner |

| N J Dawood Prophet, We have sent you forth as a witness, a bearer of joyful tidings, and an emissary to warn them |
| Safi Kaskas He it is Who [in return for your remembrance of Him] bestows His special blessings upon you, with His angels [praying and asking His forgiveness for you], that He may lead you out of [all kinds of intellectual, spiritual, social, economic, and political] darkness into light [and keep them firm therein].
