﴿وَٱلۡقَمَرَ قَدَّرۡنَٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتَّىٰ عَادَ كَٱلۡعُرۡجُونِ ٱلۡقَدِيمِ ﴾
[يسٓ: 39]
﴿والقمر قدرناه منازل حتى عاد كالعرجون القديم﴾ [يسٓ: 39]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And (as for) the moon, We have ordained for it stages till it becomes again as an old dry palm branch |
| Mohammad Shafi And the moon: We have laid down phases for it till it returns in shape (curved) to an old dry palm-stalk |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shrivelled palm-leaf |
