﴿قَالَ رَبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَهَبۡ لِي مُلۡكٗا لَّا يَنۢبَغِي لِأَحَدٖ مِّنۢ بَعۡدِيٓۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلۡوَهَّابُ ﴾
[صٓ: 35]
﴿قال رب اغفر لي وهب لي ملكا لا ينبغي لأحد من بعدي﴾ [صٓ: 35]
Mohammad Habib Shakir He said: My Lord! do Thou forgive me and grant me a kingdom which is not fit for (being inherited by) anyone after me |
Mohammad Shafi He (Solomon) prayed, "O my Lord! Forgive me my sins, and bestow upon me a kingdom which may not suit anyone after me. You are indeed the bestower of gifts |
