﴿يَعِدُهُمۡ وَيُمَنِّيهِمۡۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا ﴾
[النِّسَاء: 120]
﴿يعدهم ويمنيهم وما يعدهم الشيطان إلا غرورا﴾ [النِّسَاء: 120]
Mohammad Habib Shakir He gives them promises and excites vain desires in them; and the Shaitan does not promise them but to deceive |
Mohammad Shafi He makes promises to them and arouses vain desires in them. And the Satan promises them nothing but vain and delusive things |
