Quran with British translation - Surah Ghafir ayat 27 - غَافِر - Page - Juz 24
﴿وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنِّي عُذۡتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُم مِّن كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرٖ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ ﴾
[غَافِر: 27]
﴿وقال موسى إني عذت بربي وربكم من كل متكبر لا يؤمن بيوم﴾ [غَافِر: 27]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And Musa said: Surely I take refuge with my Lord and-- your Lord from every proud one who does not believe in the day of reckoning |
| Mohammad Shafi And Moses said, "I do indeed seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant person who believes not in the Day of Account-taking |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Moses said: Lo! I seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every scorner who believeth not in a Day of Reckoning |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani And Mūsā said, “I have sought protection of my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant man who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning.” |
| Muhammad Asad But Moses said: “With [Him who is] my Sustainer as well as your Sustainer have I indeed found refuge from everyone who, immersed in false pride, will not believe in [the coming of] the Day of Reckoning!” |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali And Musa said, "Surely I take refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every proud (one) who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning |
| Muhammad Sarwar Moses said, "I seek protection from your and my Lord against every arrogant person who has no faith in the Day of Judgment |
| Muhammad Taqi Usmani And Musa said, .I have sought protection of my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant man who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning |
| Mustafa Khattab Allah Edition Moses replied, “I seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant person who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning.” |
| Mustafa Khattab God Edition Moses replied, “I seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant person who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning.” |
| N J Dawood Moses said: ‘I take refuge in my Lord and in your Lord from every tyrant who denies the Day of Reckoning.‘ |
| Safi Kaskas But Moses said, "I have sought refuge in my Lord and yours from every arrogant tyrant who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning |
