﴿أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُاْ فِي ٱلۡحِلۡيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡخِصَامِ غَيۡرُ مُبِينٖ ﴾
[الزُّخرُف: 18]
﴿أو من ينشأ في الحلية وهو في الخصام غير مبين﴾ [الزُّخرُف: 18]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir What! that which is made in ornaments and which in contention is unable to make plain speech |
| Mohammad Shafi [The man given the news of a daughter born to him thinks, "Am I now saddled with an offspring] to be brought up in jewellery?" And he lapses into a dilemma [whether to keep the child alive or kill her. Refer Verses] |
