﴿قُلۡ مَا كُنتُ بِدۡعٗا مِّنَ ٱلرُّسُلِ وَمَآ أَدۡرِي مَا يُفۡعَلُ بِي وَلَا بِكُمۡۖ إِنۡ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ ﴾
[الأحقَاف: 9]
﴿قل ما كنت بدعا من الرسل وما أدري ما يفعل بي ولا﴾ [الأحقَاف: 9]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Say: I am not the first of the apostles, and I do not know what will be done with me or with you: I do not follow anything but that which is revealed to me, and I am nothing but a plain warner |
| Mohammad Shafi Say, "I am not the first one among the Messengers. And I know not what will be done with me or with you. I do but follow what is revealed to me, and I am but a plain warner |
