﴿ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُواْ لِلَّذِينَ كَرِهُواْ مَا نَزَّلَ ٱللَّهُ سَنُطِيعُكُمۡ فِي بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَمۡرِۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِسۡرَارَهُمۡ ﴾
[مُحمد: 26]
﴿ذلك بأنهم قالوا للذين كرهوا ما نـزل الله سنطيعكم في بعض الأمر﴾ [مُحمد: 26]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir That is because they say to those who hate what Allah has revealed: We will obey you in some of the affairs; and Allah knows their secrets |
| Mohammad Shafi Because, they [hypocrites] say to those [unbelievers] who abhor what Allah has revealed, "We will obey you in some matters." And Allah is aware of their secrets |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall That is because they say unto those who hate what Allah hath revealed: We will obey you in some matters; and Allah knoweth their secret talk |
