﴿مَا زَاغَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ وَمَا طَغَىٰ ﴾
[النَّجم: 17]
﴿ما زاغ البصر وما طغى﴾ [النَّجم: 17]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir The eye did not turn aside, nor did it exceed the limit |
| Mohammad Shafi The sight swerved not, nor did it transgress |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall The eye turned not aside nor yet was overbold |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani The eye neither went wrong, nor did exceed the limit |
| Muhammad Asad [And withal,] the eye did not waver, nor yet did it stray |
