﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَلۡتَنظُرۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ لِغَدٖۖ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾
[الحَشر: 18]
﴿ياأيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله ولتنظر نفس ما قدمت لغد واتقوا الله﴾ [الحَشر: 18]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah, and let every soul consider what it has sent on for the morrow, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is Aware of what you do |
| Mohammad Shafi O those who believe! Fear Allah, and let everyone look forward to what one has sent ahead for the morrow [Hereafter]. And do fear Allah! Allah is indeed aware of all that you do |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah. And let every soul look to that which it sendeth on before for the morrow. And observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Informed of what ye do |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani O you who believe, fear Allah, and everybody must consider what he (or she) has sent ahead for tomorrow. And fear Allah. Surely Allah is fully aware of what you do |
| Muhammad Asad O YOU who have attained to faith! Remain conscious of God; and let every human being look to what he sends ahead for the morrow! And [once again]: Remain conscious of God, for God is fully aware of all that you do |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali O you who have believed, be pious to Allah, and let (every) self look to what it has forwarded for the morrow, and be pious to Allah. Surely Allah is Ever-Cognizant of whatever you do |
| Muhammad Sarwar Believers, have fear of God. A soul must see what it has done for the future. Have fear of God for He is All-aware of what you do |
