﴿وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 10]
﴿ولقد استهزئ برسل من قبلك فحاق بالذين سخروا منهم ما كانوا به﴾ [الأنعَام: 10]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And certainly apostles before you were mocked at, but that which they mocked at encompassed the scoffers among them |
| Mohammad Shafi And, certainly, Messengers before you were mocked at, but the very thing they mocked at surrounded those who, among them, scoffed |
