﴿وَذَرُواْ ظَٰهِرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَبَاطِنَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكۡسِبُونَ ٱلۡإِثۡمَ سَيُجۡزَوۡنَ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَقۡتَرِفُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 120]

Avoid committing sin, whether openly or in secret. Indeed, those who commit sin will be recompensed for what they used to do
