﴿أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ فَذَاقُواْ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ ﴾
[التغَابُن: 5]
﴿ألم يأتكم نبأ الذين كفروا من قبل فذاقوا وبال أمرهم ولهم عذاب﴾ [التغَابُن: 5]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Has there not come to you the story of those who disbelieved before, then tasted the evil result of their conduct, and they had a painful punishment |
| Mohammad Shafi Has not the history of those who suppressed the Truth in the past, and then tasted the consequences of their conduct, reached you? And a painful punishment is in store for them |
