﴿وَلَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَآ ءَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِٱلسِّنِينَ وَنَقۡصٖ مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 130]
﴿ولقد أخذنا آل فرعون بالسنين ونقص من الثمرات لعلهم يذكرون﴾ [الأعرَاف: 130]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And certainly We overtook Firon's people with droughts and diminution of fruits that they may be mindful |
| Mohammad Shafi And We did seize Pharaoh's people with years of drought and loss in agricultural produce that they may take heed |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And we straitened Pharaoh's folk with famine and dearth of fruits, that peradventure they might heed |
