Quran with English translation - Surah Al-A‘raf ayat 130 - الأعرَاف - Page - Juz 9
﴿وَلَقَدۡ أَخَذۡنَآ ءَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِٱلسِّنِينَ وَنَقۡصٖ مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 130]
﴿ولقد أخذنا آل فرعون بالسنين ونقص من الثمرات لعلهم يذكرون﴾ [الأعرَاف: 130]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al We punished the people of Pharaoh with years of drought and shortness of crops, that they might take the advice |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We certainly took Pharaoh’s people by famine and shortage of the produce, so that they may take notice |
| Ali Quli Qarai Certainly We afflicted Pharaoh’s clan with droughts and loss of produce, so that they may take admonition |
| Ali Unal And We certainly seized the family (the court and military aristocracy) of the Pharaoh with years of famine and scarcity of corps, so that they might reflect and be mindful |
| Hamid S Aziz We punished Pharaoh´s people with the years (of drought) and scarcity of fruit or crops), that per chance (or possibly) they might remember |
