﴿وَكَم مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَا فَجَآءَهَا بَأۡسُنَا بَيَٰتًا أَوۡ هُمۡ قَآئِلُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 4]
﴿وكم من قرية أهلكناها فجاءها بأسنا بياتا أو هم قائلون﴾ [الأعرَاف: 4]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And how many a town that We destroyed, so Our punishment came to it by night or while they slept at midday |
| Mohammad Shafi And in many a human settlement that We have destroyed, Our punishment came to it by night or while its inhabitants were having their midday nap |
