﴿وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓاْ أَخۡرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرۡيَتِكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُمۡ أُنَاسٞ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 82]
﴿وما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوهم من قريتكم إنهم أناس﴾ [الأعرَاف: 82]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And the answer of his people was no other than that they said: Turn them out of your town, surely they are a people who seek to purify (themselves) |
| Mohammad Shafi And the response of his people was but to say, "Drive them out of your place; they are men who want to cleanse themselves |
