﴿تَدۡعُواْ مَنۡ أَدۡبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ﴾
[المَعَارج: 17]
﴿تدعو من أدبر وتولى﴾ [المَعَارج: 17]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir It shall claim him who turned and fled (from truth) |
| Mohammad Shafi It [the Fire] would summon him who had turned away and retreated |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall It calleth him who turned and fled (from truth) |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani It will call him who had turned his back and fled away (from the truth) |
| Muhammad Asad It will claim all such as turn their backs [on what is right], and turn away [from the truth] |
