﴿بَلۡ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيٕٖ مِّنۡهُمۡ أَن يُؤۡتَىٰ صُحُفٗا مُّنَشَّرَةٗ ﴾
[المُدثر: 52]
﴿بل يريد كل امرئ منهم أن يؤتى صحفا منشرة﴾ [المُدثر: 52]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Nay; every one of them desires that he may be given pages spread out |
| Mohammad Shafi They would rather want scrolls (of revelation) rolled out to every one of them separately |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah) |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Rather, every one of them wishes that he should be given unrolled (divine) scriptures |
| Muhammad Asad Yea, everyone of them claims that he [himself] ought to have been given revelations unfolded |
